January 8th, 2010 | Position: 528 3rd Ave. South, Kenora, Ontario P9N 1Y2

The Community Arts Hub is an initiative of the Kenora Association for Community Living. The aim of the Hub is to provide inclusive arts programming free of criticism and to provide a space for people with common interests to gather and create together.  Currently, the Hub offers a number of unique programs: Art Partners (est. 2006) for adults interested in exploring their creativity through painting, drawing and pottery; Rise to the Rhythm (est. 2008), a community drum gathering group for adults and families; In the Key of Community (est. 2009), a group for adults wanting to experiment with music and their own voices; and for 2010, a horticulture program featuring an inclusive and accessible community garden.  Everyone is welcome to participate in our programs!
