The Lake of the Woods Arts Collective, LOWAC, was formed by a group of artists and those with interest in the arts. The vision of the group is to inspire unity, joy and opportunity through the arts in Kenora and the surrounding area.

We bring together artists of all disciplines including those involved with music, visual art, performing arts and writing. The collective is striving to meet the needs of all arts and artists in the area.
